Kartra has a lot more features that Ontraport does not have like Helpdesk, Calendars & Scheduling and it has very limited video hosting features. Many tools have very limited features compared to Kartra’s advanced features & functionalities of each tool.
Ontraport membership site feature is not that much powerful and eCommerce, Affiliate Management and many other features are not in basic plan and also not that much powerful as Kartra's advanced eco-system.
So if you ask me the question about should I go with Ontraport then my recommendation would be go with Kartra.
